PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a superabsorbent polymer hard to move, to prevent a decrease in wearing feeling, to make gel blocking hard to occur, and to maintain water-absorbing capacity.SOLUTION: In an area corresponding to a body fluid discharge part of at least a wearer on a skin side surface of a nonwoven fabric 2, a raising processing part 8 where gaps between fibers are formed relatively large compared with a base layer 3a by raising processing and a non-raising processing part 9 which does not apply the raising processing linearly extend along a back and forth direction of the wearer when worn respectively and are arranged by turns in the direction orthogonal to the direction, and in at least the raising processing part 8, a superabsorbent polymer 4 is arranged.
