PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular instrument cleaning holder which is housed in a cleaning tank of a cleaning device for cleaning an instrument or the like, and which can feed cleaning water directly to inside of the tubular instrument.SOLUTION: A tubular instrument cleaning holder 30 can be housed in a cleaning tank 20 having cleaning nozzles 22, 23 for jetting cleaning water therein, in which the holder 30 can be taken in and taken out from the cleaning tank 20 freely for cleaning inside of a tubular instrument HP. The tubular instrument cleaning holder 30 comprises: a cleaning water supply pipe 31 coupled to a water feed duct 26 for feeding cleaning water to the cleaning nozzles 22, 23 a tank 35 coupled to a tip end of the cleaning water supply pipe 31 and plural water feed adaptors 39 disposed on the tank 35, fitting and holding the tubular instrument HP in a state that the instrument HP is communicated with inside of the tank 35, and feeding the cleaning water in the tubular instrument HP, and being formed into a cylindrical shape.
