PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle detaching aid that has a simple configuration and is superior in portability, and prevents erroneous puncture, and thereby is capable of performing detachment and disposition of a needle safely and reliably.SOLUTION: A needle detaching aid is characterized as follows: a cylindrical pinching part 10 formed of a first hole part 12 for holding a needle case and a cylindrical base unit 11 with an outer size formed larger than the pinching part 10 and formed of a second hole part 16 in communication with the first hole part 12 and enabling a case to pass are integrally formed by an elastic resin material also, the first hole part 12 of the pinching part 10 is formed in an elliptical shape having a long axis L1 of a diameter larger than an outer diameter of the case and a short axis L2 of the diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the case and thereby the case is holdably formed in the short axis direction by the elasticity and the holding of the case is releasably formed by increasing the diameter in the short axis direction to the compressive force exerting longitudinally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易な構造で携帯性に優れると共に、誤穿刺を防止して安全かつ確実に注射針の着脱および廃棄を行うことができる注射針着脱用補助具を提供する。【解決手段】注射針のケースを保持する第1の孔部12が形成された筒状の挟持部10と、挟持部10よりも外法寸法が大きく形成され、第1の孔部12に連通してケースが通過可能な第2の孔部16が形成された筒状の基台部11とが弾性を有する樹脂素材によって一体成形され、かつ挟持部10の第1の孔部12は、ケースの外径よりも大径の長軸L1とケースの外径よりも小径の短軸L2を有する楕円形に形成されることにより弾性によって短軸方向においてケースを挟持可能に形成され、かつ長軸方向に作用する圧縮力に対して短軸方向に拡径してケースの挟持を解放可能に形成されている。【選択図】図1
