Disclosed are compositions for competitive inhibition of pathogens against pathogenic infections comprising (a) Bacillus coagulans； (b) Bacillus subtilis； (c) citric acid； and (d) gallic acid including any combinations thereof. The compositions disclosed in this invention is capable to treat and prevent pathogenic infections of the genital organs as well as suitable for treatment and prevention of dermal infections. A method of preventing recurrence of the infections by way of supporting the growth of inherent natural doderlien microbial populations due to application of the compositions of the present invention are also disclosed. Further, use of the compositions of the present invention obviates the need of prior specific diagnosis of the infections due to its broad spectrum activity against multiple bacterial and fungal pathogens.L'invention concerne des compositions pour l'inhibition compétitive d'agents pathogènes contre des infections pathogènes comprenant (a) Bacillus coagulans ； (b) Bacillus subtilis ； (c) de l'acide citrique ； (d) de l'acide gallique et toute combinaison de ceux-ci. Les compositions décrites dans la présente invention sont capables de traiter et de prévenir des infections pathogènes des organes génitaux, et sont appropriées pour le traitement et la prévention d'infections dermiques. L'invention concerne également un procédé de prévention de récidive des infections par favorisation de la croissance des populations microbiennes naturelles de doderlien grâce à l'application des compositions de la présente invention. En outre, l'utilisation des compositions de la présente invention élimine le besoin de diagnostic spécifique antérieur des infections de par son activité à large spectre contre de multiples pathogènes bactériens et fongiques.
