Provided in the present invention is a novel Paenibacillus lentimorbus having an antimicrobial SD10 (KCTC 12339BP) strain. The strain of the present invention shows an antimicrobial activity for various mushroom pathogens, and does not show any negative influence on the growth of mushrooms. Provided in the present invention is an antimicrobial composition which comprises the novel Paenibacillus lentimorbus SD-10 strain and a strain-cultured product, which inhibits the growth of the mushroom pathogen to be used for increasing mushroom production.본 발명은 항균활성을 갖는 신규한 패니바실러스 렌티모르부스 (Paenibacillus lentimorbus) SD-10(KCTC 12339BP) 균주를 제공한다. 본 발명의 균주는 다양한 버섯 병원균에 대한 항균활성을 나타내며, 버섯 생장에 부정적인 어떠한 영향도 나타내지 않는다. 본 발명의 신규한 패니바실러스 렌티모르부스 SD-10 균주 또는 상기 균주 배양물을 포함하는 항균용 조성물을 제공하며, 버섯 병원균의 생장을 억제함으로써 버섯 생산을 증가시키는 목적으로 유용하게 이용 가능하다.
