PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical property measuring apparatus of formulations capable of appropriately evaluating the adhesiveness of a dry film of liquid formulations.SOLUTION: A physical property measuring apparatus 10 of formulations supplies face lotion and emulsion as cosmetics, for example, as liquid or semi-solid formulations 15, to a nip portion 14 formed of a drive roll 11 and a free rotation roll 12 disposed in parallel with each other, and measures a tack value of these formulations 15. The free rotation roll 12 is formed using an elastic material such as rubber.
