PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube connecting mechanism for an endoscope which is short in an axial direction.SOLUTION: The connecting mechanism 61 connects an air-feeding tube 51 and a water-feeding tube 53 to an air-/water-feeding tube 55. One end surface 67f at one end of a connecting member 67 sandwiches flange portions 51b, 53b of the air-feeding tube 51 and the water-feeding tube 53, respectively, between the air-feeding tube 51 and a first holding member 63 having openings 63a, 63b allowing the water-feeding tube 53 to be inserted through the inner circumference.
