A capsule endoscope is disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a piezoelectric actuator which comprises: an annular piezoelectric element in which vibration of contracting and expanding is generated by power repeatedly applied thereto an inner electrode formed on the inner circumference surface of the piezoelectric element and an outer electrode formed to be divided into multiple external electrodes on the outer circumference surface of the piezoelectric element.
