PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a fastening tie are provided to easily manufacture a fastening tie by inserting a core member into an outer cover through a guide pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a fastening tie comprises a support body(20) and a guide pipe(31). The support body has front and rear support surfaces, a bottom support body, and a support roller(25). The bottom support body is vertically positioned at the ground. The support roller is supported to the bottom support body and is vertically arranged on the guide pipe. The guide pipe is supported to the front and rear support surfaces of the support body.본 발명은 결관띠제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 양단이 봉합된 관형태의 외피와 상기 외피의 내부에 하나의 띠형태로 삽입된 심재를 가지고, 일 측이 개구된 형태로 제조된 관바디부와 상기 관바디부의 개구영역을 폐쇄하도록 상기 관바디부에 설치된 관뚜껑을 갖는 장례관을 일체로 묶는 데 사용되는 결관띠를 제조하기 위한 결관띠제조장치에 있어서, 지면에 대하여 동일한 높이에 배치되는 전방지지면과 후방지지면을 갖는 지지체와； 상기 전방지지면과 상기 후방지지면에 지지되도록 설치되고, 외피고정홈이 상기 전방지지면에 인접한 종단으로부터 길이방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 안내관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 결관띠를 용이하게 제작할 수 있고 결관띠의 제작효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
