PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device and a radiation imaging system, capable of detecting radiation irradiated on a specific region without defective pixels.SOLUTION: A TFT substrate 66 has an imaging region having pixels 74 which are two-dimensionally arranged including a sensor part 72 to detect light. A scintillator 71, of which irradiated region emits light, is arranged to overlap the imaging region. A light guide member 170 is arranged at a detection target region 172 of the scintillator 71 to detect radiation.
