Apparatus for treating vascular thrombosis by ultrasound, comprising: - an ultrasound therapy transducer (TUT), adapted to generate focused ultrasonic waves (OUF) propagating along an emission axis (AE)； - an ultrasound imaging transducer (TUI) associated with the therapy transducer； a means of displacement (SMDR, FEF) of the focal spot of the ultrasound therapy transducer along the emission axis relative to the imaging transducer； - a motorized mechanical system (SMM) for translating the transducers along at least a first axis (AD1) parallel to said emission axis and a second axis (AD2) perpendicular to the first； and - an electronic control system (SEC) for controlling the motorized mechanical system and the means for moving the focal spot of the therapy transducer.Appareil de traitement de la thrombose vasculaire par ultrasons, comprenant : - un transducteur ultrasonore de thérapie (TUT), adapté pour générer des ondes ultrasonores focalisées (OUF) se propageant selon un axe d'émission (AE)； - un transducteur ultrasonore d'imagerie (TUI) associé au transducteur de thérapie； - un moyen de déplacement (SMDR, FEF) de la tache focale du transducteur ultrasonore de thérapie suivant l'axe d'émission par rapport au transducteur d'imagerie； - un système mécanique motorisé (SMM) pour translater les transducteurs suivant au moins un premier axe (AD1) parallèle audit axe d'émission et un deuxième axe (AD2) perpendiculaire au premier； et - un système électronique de contrôle (SEC) pour piloter le système mécanique motorisé et le moyen de déplacement la tache focale du transducteur de thérapie.
