The present invention relates to a pill case having a dosage time alarm function. The pill case of the present invention comprises: a main body having multiple compartments divided for each dosage time, composed of space for accommodating pills for a particular dosage time and a cover for opening and closing one side of the space with a schedule display portion in which the dosage time is displayed and a controller formed at one side of the main body to have a timer, a recording module for recording and storing a voice which notifies a user of a dosage time via a microphone, and a voice control module outputting the recorded voice via a speaker at a particular dosage time by interworking with the timer so as to recognize a time.
