A dosage form (100) comprising a first generally cylindrical capsule compartment (102) having an axis (104), a closed end (106), and an open end (108) the open end (108) including an integral, annular linker member (110) extending axially outward of the open end (108) and having an outer surface (120) with a first snap-fit element (122) located a distance L1 from the capsule compartment open end (108) a second generally cylindrical capsule compartment (120) having an axis (104), a closed end (123), and an open end (124) with an inner surface (130), the second capsule compartment (120) having a second snap-fit element (128) complementary to the first snap-fit element (122), the second snap-fit element (128) being located on the inner surface (130) and spaced a distance of L2 from the second capsule open end (124), wherein L2 > L1 and the first and second snap-fit elements (122, 128) are engageable to connect the first and second capsule compartments (102, 120) with the respective open ends (108, 124) being in compressive abutting contact with each other.
