The present invention relates to a biological treatment method for increasing useful salts like T-N, P_2O_5, K_2O, CaO, MgO and NaO in a process of manufacturing manure production by using Pseudomonas aeruginosa, comprising a control group experiment and first and second embodiment steps. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for increasing useful salts of manure by injecting 5,000 CFU of Pseudomonas aeruginosa per 500g of manure wherein Pseudomonas aeruginosa is cultured and proliferates to at least 5,000 CFU per a culture medium in an incubator whose temperature is 37°C, comprising a step of increasing useful salts such as T-N, P_2O_5, K_2O, CaO, MgO and NaO by injecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa during the process of manufacturing manure.
