This invention provides a system and method of using digital image multi-region analysis to establish and analyze skin parameters, which uses image acquisition device, computer, database, skin image categorization module, analysis module and display device to acquire the skin image, and then analyzes the skin properties by using the segmentation method of regionizing the skin image.
