The present invention relates to a portable optometric apparatus which allows an examining person to conveniently carry the same and objectively measure a refraction state of each longitudinal line of an eyeball of a subject, and precisely maintains a distance between the eyeball of the subject and a retinoscope where the subject is positioned by measuring a distance between a skiascopic lens approaching the eyeball and the retinoscope during a refraction test process to allow a precise refraction test. The portable optometric apparatus comprises: a handy main body having a bar-shaped grip unit formed on a lower portion of a retinoscopic head unit an optical emission unit loaded on the handy main body to emit a retinoscopic light to the front of the retinoscopic head unit a handy retinoscope including a sight glass unit loaded on the retinoscopic head unit of the handy main body to observe an eyeball portion of a subject to which the retinoscopic light is emitted by the optical emission unit a main body having a plurality of vertically penetrated lens installation holes and a skiascopic lens body having skiascopic lenses fixed in the lens installation holes.
