The heating and cooling system comprises a heating and cooling control unit for controlling heating and cooling in a greenhouse according to a sensing result of a growing sensing unit for sensing an environment in the greenhouse and the growing state of crops； and a control device for controlling the operation of the heating and cooling control unit according to control signals of an administrator and a user accessing through an administrator server and a smart terminal.
