The present invention relates to a baby feeding bottle sterilizer comprising: a water tank which stores cleaning water in an upper space located above a section barrier which divides a chamber into the upper space and a lower space； a water pump； an air filter that penetrates the section barrier, includes mount rods on which containers, nipple members, and covers constituting a feeding bottle are mounted upside down, and filtrates air in the lower space； an air pump； a tilting unit that includes spin motors for rotating mount rods and tilts the containers, the nipple member, and the cover in the vertical direction； and a UV lamp installed on the ceiling to emit UV rays. The baby feeding bottle sterilizer: sprays the cleaning water to inner and outer surfaces of the containers, the nipples and the covers and uniformly washes the inner surfaces and the outer surfaces； removes residual cleaning water on the containers, the nipples, and the covers by vertically tilting the same to drop the residual cleaning water； sprays air to the inner surfaces and the outer surfaces and uniformly dry the same； and sterilizes active bacteria on the inner surfaces and the outer surfaces by irradiating the active bacteria with UV rays.
