The present invention relates to a smart band-shaped thermometer capable of measuring and monitoring body temperature. The present invention includes: a band part (100) having a predetermined width to surround an arm of a user； and a terminal part (200) connected with the band part (100). The band part (100) includes: a first temperature sensor (110) installed on the inner surface of the band part (100) at a distance from the terminal part (200) to make contact with the surface of the arm of the user； and a length control part (120) installed at both ends of the band part (100) considering the thickness of the arm of the user. The terminal part (200) includes: a display (210) displaying temperature measured by the first temperature sensor (110)； a memory device (220) accumulating and storing the measured temperature data； a control part (230) outputting a warning signal if the temperature, measured by the first temperature sensor (110), is lower or higher than a reference temperature which is within a normal range set based on an average value derived from the accumulated temperature data； and a warning unit (240) reporting a warning situation acoustically or visually in accordance with the signal outputted from the control part (230).
