PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer capable of confirming the achievement of intended sterilization and easily measuring temperature of a desired spot other than a drain.SOLUTION: The sterilizer includes a first temperature sensor 6 which detects the temperature in a sterilization tank 2, a wireless data logger 3 which can be put in and taken out of the sterilization tank 2, and a control panel 4 having a connection port 10 of the wireless data logger 3. The wireless data logger 3 includes a second temperature sensor 8, and accumulates the detection temperature of the second temperature sensor 8.
