A process of producing herbal skin ointment comprising the steps of: boiling Tinospora cordifolia plant part with predetermined amount of water and olive oil for at least an hour to produce an extract removing the Tinospora cordifolia plant part from the boiling extract adding grated paraffin wax into the boiling extract for about 20 to 30 minutes to mix the extract and the paraffin wax thoroughly and cooling the mixture and transfer into a container as herbal skin ointment.
