The present invention provides an endotracheal tube comprising: a tube main body in which a leading end portion on one side of the tube main body is inserted into an airway through a guide tube of a laryngeal mask for establishing an airway, a terminal end portion on the other side of the tube main body includes a length marking portion formed on the peripheral surface thereof, and tips at both sides of the main tube body are open; a sealing cuff which is provided on the peripheral surface adjacent to the tip of the leading end portion on one side of the tube main body and is adapted to expand and contract due to air supplied from the outside and air released to the outside; a balloon member which is provided on the other side of the tube main body and connected to the sealing cuff to expand and contract the sealing cuff by supplying or releasing air and liquid; and a connection tube which connects the balloon member and the sealing cuff, wherein a contact groove with which an air tube comes in close contact is formed on the outside of the peripheral surface of the leading end portion and the outside of the peripheral surface of the terminal end portion of the tube main body adjacent to the length marking portion, and a hollow hole in which the air tube is inserted is formed inside the peripheral surface of the tube main body connected to the outside of the peripheral surface of the leading end portion of the tube main body formed with the contact groove. Thus, when removing the laryngeal mask after intubation of the tube main body through the laryngeal mask, the present invention can prevent the tube main body from being expelled from the airway along with the laryngeal mask, and furthermore, the connection tube, since it is positioned within the peripheral surface of the leading end portion of the tube main body, is protected from being caught or damaged upon removing the laryngeal mask.본 발명은 기도확보를 위해 후두마스크의 가이드관을 통해 기관 내로 일측 선단부가 삽입되며, 타측 말단부의 둘레면에는 길이표시부가 형성되고 양
