PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and adequately sterilize an inside of a hollow body with a heating liquid for sterilization.SOLUTION: A hollow body sterilizer includes inner and outer double injection cylinders (6, 7). The inner injection cylinder (6) includes a discharge port (6a) which enters an inside of a hollow body (1) from a mouth part (4) of the hollow body (1) and discharges a heating liquid for sterilization (a) in the hollow body (1). The outer injection cylinder (7) includes a discharge port (7a) which stops in the mouth part (4) and discharges a heating liquid for sterilization (b) in the mouth part (4). An inverting part (9) which inverts the heating liquid for sterilization (b) discharged from the discharge port (7a) of the outer injection cylinder (7) in the mouth part (4) is arranged in front of the discharge port (7a) of the outer injection cylinder (7). Mixture of the heating liquid for sterilization (b) inverted by the inverting part (9) and the heating liquid for sterilization (a) discharged in the hollow body (1) is flowed from between an inner surface of the mouth part (4) and the outer injection cylinder (7) to an outside of the hollow body (1).COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】中空体内を殺菌用加熱液によって迅速かつ適正に殺菌する。【解決手段】内外二重の噴射筒(6,7)を有し、内側噴射筒(6)はその吐出口(6a)が中空体(1)の口部(4)から中空体(1)内に入り込んで殺菌用加熱液(a)を中空体(1)内に吐出し得るように形成され、外側噴射筒(7)はその吐出口(7a)が上記口部(4)内に止まって殺菌用加熱液(b)を上記口部(4)内に吐出し得るように形成され、上記外側噴射筒(7)の吐出口(7a)の前方には、上記外側噴射筒(7)の吐出口(7a)から吐出される殺菌用加熱液(b)を上記口部(4)内で反転させる反転部(9)が設けられ、この反転部(9)で反転した殺菌用加熱液(b)と上記中空体(1)内に吐出された殺菌用加熱液(a)との合流したものを上記口部(4)の内面と上記外側噴射筒(7)との間から中空体(1)外へ流出させるようにした中空体殺菌装置である。【選択図】図2
