The present invention relates to a device for germinating seeds with a separable pot carrier. The device comprises: a main body (10) equipped with a humidifying unit (12) and a temperature maintaining unit (14) controlled by a control unit and a pot carrier (20) equipped with a coupling unit (22) in the bottom to be attached to and detached from the main body (10) and having an entrance (20a) and an exit (20b) for humidified air on the bottom surface of both sides while accommodating a seed pot (1). The pot carrier (20) consists of a germination room (24) having one side opened to allow the seed pot (1) to be accommodated, and an expansion room (26) finished in one side of the germination room (24) so as to fix the position of the seed pot (1). The main body (10) includes a semi-open circulation channel (30) of which the upper part is finished with the bottom surface of the pot carrier (20) as the coupling unit (22) of the pot carrier (20) is mounted on the main body (10) so as to connect the entrance (20a) and the exit (20b) for humidified air. According to the present invention, the seed pot is accommodated inside the pot carrier, thereby facilitating the replacement, storage, and maintenance of the seed pot and protecting the seed pot from the external environment so as to prevent contamination including the reproduction of molds.
