PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a force applied when pushing out a pot seedling.SOLUTION: This seedling pushing-out apparatus 1 includes a seedling push-out part 3 having the predetermined number of push-out rods 7 lined up to respectively correspond to the predetermined number of pot seedling chambers 11 arranged in a lateral row in a seedling box 10 formed lengthwise and crosswise with a large number of pot seedling chambers 11 each having a crack part 13 in the bottom face. The seedling pushing-out apparatus 1 is constituted to push out the pot seedlings N from the seedling box 10 by the predetermined number at a time by allowing the predetermined number of push-out rods 7 to penetrate the predetermined number of pot seedling chambers 11 from the tips through the crack parts 13.
