The present invention relates to an aquaponics structure, which comprises a container, a plant base and a pumping member. The container comprises a chamber and an upper opening communicating with the chamber and the outside of the container. The plant base comprises a support positioned inside the container and having an upper portion extending upwardly via the upper opening, and a tray mounted on the upper portion of the support and having guide elements and a receiving space. The pumping member comprises a pump positioned inside the container and a tube connected to the pump and communicating with the receiving space.
