According to the present invention, the medical suctioning system discharges body fluid inside a human body to the outside and collects the body fluid and comprises: a container unit which has an empty space unit in a vacuum condition therein and has an entrance formed on an upper end portion to communicate with the space unit; and an adjustment unit which presses and deforms a portion of a first tube to adjust an amount of body fluid passing through the first tube connected to the empty space unit of the container unit. The container unit comprises: a stopper unit which is installed on an upper end portion of the container to enclose the entrance of the container unit and has a through-hole formed on one side to communicate with the entrance; and a contraction and expansion means which is joined to one side of the stopper to communicate with the through-hole of the stopper and is contracted and expanded in accordance with a vacuum degree of the container.
