The present invention relates to a carbonated beverage making apparatus, in which carbon dioxide gas and a beverage are mixed and circulated in a container so as to produce a beverage in which a large amount of carbon dioxide gas is dissolved. The carbonated beverage making apparatus of the present invention is configured to comprise: a beverage container which includes an inlet port connected with a carbon dioxide gas supply member and a beverage supply member, and an outlet port discharging a carbonated beverage to the outside； a circulation pump which is installed within the beverage container and circulates the beverage inside the beverage container by repeatedly propelling the beverage in and out； a mixing unit, the rear end of which is connected to the exit portion of the circulation pump and in which a venturi nozzle whose diameter gradually decreases from the rear to the front direction and increases again is installed, and a beverage discharged from the circulation pump is then inserted into the beverage container through the venture nozzle； and a gas feed tube, a front end of which is disposed at an upper part of the beverage container and a rear end of which is connected to a rear end of the venturi nozzle in the mixing unit, so as to supply carbon dioxide gas inside the beverage container to the rear end of the venturi nozzle.본 발명은 탄산가스 및 음료가 공급되는 용기 내에서 음료와 탄산가스를 혼합하면서 순환 유동시켜 다량의 탄산가스가 용해된 탄산음료를 제조할 수 있는 탄산음료 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 탄산음료 제조장치는, 탄산가스(CO2) 공급원 및 음료 공급원과 연결되는 유입구와, 탄산음료를 외부로 배출하는 배출구를 구비한 음료제조용기와； 상기 음료제조용기 내부에 설치되어, 음료제조용기 내부의 음료를 흡입한 후 다시 배출시켜 음료를 순환시키는 순환펌프와； 후단부가 상기 순환펌프의 출구부분에 연결되며, 후방에서 전방으로 갈수록 직경이 점차적으로 줄어들다가 다시 직경이 커지는 벤튜리노즐이 내부에 구비되어 상기 순환펌프에서 배출되는 음료를 상기 벤튜리노즐(venturi nozzle)을 통해 음료제조용기의 내부로 배출하는 믹싱유닛과； 상단이 상기 음료제조용기의 상부에 배치되고 하단이 상기 믹싱유닛의 벤튜리노즐의 후방부에 연결되어 음료제조용기 내부의 탄산가스를 상기 벤튜리노즐의 후방으로 공급하는 가스주입관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
