The circuit board is electrically connected to the power generating unit, and the UV light emitting element is electrically connected to the circuit board for supplying ultraviolet light. The inner casing encloses one generator set of the power generating unit and the light emitting unit. At least one surface of the inner casing is a light transmitting surface, and the light transmitting surface is opposed to the UV light emitting element. The outer casing accommodates the power generating unit and the inner casing, and includes an inlet and an outlet which are opposed to each other and at least one bracket.
