PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize reduction in effect of water treatment even if an ultraviolet lamp is spaced from liquid, in simultaneous purification treatment of liquid and gas by ultraviolet irradiation, by passing the liquid through a spiral tube.SOLUTION: The ultraviolet lamp is disposed at the center of a cylindrical jacket 1, and a hollow tube 3 is spirally wound around the ultraviolet lamp 2 twice or more. Air is sent from one opening 1a side of the cylindrical jacket 1, and water 6 is sent into the tube 3 from one end thereof. The sent air is treated with ultraviolet ray emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 2, and treated air is obtained from the other opening 1b. At the same time, the water passed through the tube 3 is treated with the ultraviolet ray while flowing along the flow passage extended in length by being made spiral, and treated water is obtained from the other end.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】液体と同時に気体も同時に紫外線による照射で清浄化処理を行なう際に、液体を螺旋状のチューブ内を通すことで、紫外線ランプと液体との間の距離を開けた場合であっても、水処理の効果を低減しにくくする。【解決手段】円筒状のジャケット1の中央部に紫外線ランプを設置し、紫外線ランプ2の周りに中空のチューブ3を螺旋状に複数回巻いて設ける。円筒ジャケット1の一方の開口1a側から空気を送風し、チューブ3内部には一端から水6を送る。送風された空気は、紫外線ランプ2から照射される紫外線により処理され、処理された空気を反対側開口1bから得る。同時に、チューブ3内を通った水は、螺旋状として長くした流路を流れる間に紫外線により処理され、他端から処理された水を得る。【選択図】 図1
