PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid treatment device which can be easily made compact, as one example.SOLUTION: The liquid treatment device of the invention comprises: a housing a cylindrical filter and an ultraviolet irradiation device. The housing comprises a first cylindrical part and a second cylindrical part which surrounds the first cylindrical part. In the housing, a first channel in which a liquid flows is provided in a cylinder of the first cylindrical part, a second channel in which a liquid flows is provided between the first and second cylindrical parts, and the first cylindrical part partitions the first and second channels. The cylindrical filter is provided in a cylinder of the first cylindrical part, and filters a liquid in the first channel.
