To provide a roll baler which can reduction the dropping of a molding material outside a molding chamber without inhibiting the formation of the roll bale.
SOLUTION: The roll baler is characterized by disposing a receiving plate 2T for receiving a molding material dropped from a space 2S just under the space 2S between the lower end portion 20A of a fixed side half portion constituting one side of a molding chamber for compressing the molding material to form a cylindrical roll bale and discharging the formed roll bale and the lower end portion 21A of a movable side half portion constituting the other side of the molding chamber, and arranging the receiving plate 2T so that the upper surface 23T side faces, in a close state and a molding belt 2N wound ON a rotation roller 2G constituting the lower end portion 21A, and the one end side contacts with a molding belt 2M wound ON a rotation roller 2A constituting the lower end portion 20A. Thus and the molding material received ON the receiving plate 2T is returned to the molding chamber by the rotation of the molding belt 2N.
