The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning and sterilizing the inside of shoes for home use which injects sterilizing agent and sterilizes shoes and separates foreign materials using a vibration washing brush on a front end part of the main body inserted into the shoes and collects the foreign materials to a collection unit through the connection tube of a rear end part of the main body, thereby hygienically managing the inside of shoes with a simple configuration and having a small size. The apparatus for cleaning and sterilizing the inside of shoes for home use comprises: a main body inserted into the inside of the shoes and having a wind-blowing unit, a brush unit, and a suction unit on the front surface of the frond end； an operation tube integrally formed in the center of a rear end of the main body and having a vibrator； a vibration coupling unit provide on the rear end of the operation tube； and a connection tube connected with the connection tube to vibrate. The operation tube and the connection tube have a wind-blowing passage and a suction passage. The rear end of the wind-blowing passage is connected with a wind supplying unit and an agent supplying unit through the branched agent supplying tube.
