PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clipper for horticulture that can release lock of a shear blade and prevent re-locking of the shear blade.
SOLUTION: The clipper for horticulture includes a pair of shear blades, a motor for reciprocating at least one of the shear blades, and a control unit for controlling the motor. The control unit can operate the motor in both direction of a forward direction and a reverse direction. Further, the control unit can reduce the voltage applied to the motor during operation to the reverse direction to be lower than the voltage applied to the motor during operation to the forward direction.
