A formulation comprising: a suspoemulsion, suspoemulsion which includes: miniemulsion type "oil in water", wherein the miniemulsion includes at least one agriculturally active ingredient, wherein the emulsion composition of the type "oil in water" soderzhitA) oil phase wherein the oil phase comprises at least one agriculturally active ingredient and consists essentially of oily globules, wherein the average particle diameter of the oil globules is less than about 800 nm and b) an aqueous phase, wherein the oily globules dispersed in the aqueous phase, and wherein at least some of the oil globules dispersed in the aqueous phase are coated with a polymeric adsorption layer, wherein said polymer adsorption layer includes: (1) at least one polymeric surfactant -active substance with an HLB value ranging from about 16 to about 18 and (2) at least one ionic surfactant, isuspenziyu, wherein the suspension comprises at least one agriculturally active ingredient.2. The preparation according to Claim. 1, wherein the aqueous phase of said miniemulsion includes a second polymeric surfactant with an HLB value ranging from about 12 to about 14.3. The preparation according to Claim. 1 wherein the polymeric surfactant is selected from the group consisting of block and graft amphipathic sopolimery.4.
