PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad that can be compatible with a change of a body type or even with a change of a posture when in use, and can properly warm or cool a shoulder and neck of a human body.SOLUTION: A pad 1 of the present invention is characterized by warming or cooling a shoulder and neck, and a heating medium or cooling medium is received in the pad 1. The pad 1 includes: a substantially U-shaped pad body 2 with a pair of shoulder abutting parts 21, 22 and an upper back abutment part 23 provided continuously to the shoulder abutting parts 21, 22 between the shoulder abutting parts 21, 22 and a neck abutting part 3 bridged so as to connect the pair of shoulder abutting parts 21, 22 of the pad body 2.
