PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pharmaceutical composition for intratumoral injection or direct injection to tumor lesion.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains 2.0 M to 5.5 M of an effective therapeutic amount of Na+ (inorganic sodium salt and organic sodium salt) and 250 mM to 3.0 M of an effective therapeutic amount of Ca2+ (inorganic calcium salt and organic calcium salt) in aqueous solution, and provides synergistic and complementary double-wave cancer killing effect.
