A catheter comprising: a tubular element comprising an inner cavity and an outer surface, the tubular element comprising a metal spiral having a spiral gap and a polymer material housed in the spiral gap; an inner shell passing through the cavity of the tubular element and forming the inner cavity of the catheter; external coating on the outer surface of the tubular element; moreover, the polymeric material placed in the spiral gap is different from the materials of the inner shell and the outer coating. 2.
