The invention relates to a method for producing microfibres in three-dimensional structures, and to a cross-linked alginate substrate comprising a microfibre or a solution comprising an agent forming a hydrogel and cells at the origin of the microfibre. The invention also relates to a kit for implementing the method according to the invention, and to a substitute comprising at least two microfibres.La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication de microfibres dans des structures en trois dimensions, ainsi quà un substrat en alginate réticulé comprenant une microfibre ou une solution comprenant un agent formant un hydrogel et des cellules à lorigine de la microfibre.
