FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to cardiology. Disclosed is a method for non-invasive acoustic spectral cardiac vascular screening, comprising generating an electrical signal of acoustic noise in the heart region with a vibroacoustic sensor placed on a patient's chest in the heart, amplifying and converting the signal into digital form, filtering it with extraction of full frequency range and recording the last for selected time interval of signal pickup into further processing device, using a fast Fourier transform, an amplitude-frequency spectrogram in a selected frequency range over a selected observation time, detecting portions of a frequency spectrum which correlate with the presence or absence of stenosis in the cardiac vessels. In order to increase reliability and accuracy of diagnostics, deviation of spectral energy in frequency-correlated areas of frequency spectrum is calculated and is represented by total ratio of these energies to total signal energy of its entire operating frequency range, which excludes the influence on the energy level of the selected spectral areas of the signal amplification degree at different stages, their absorption in the patient's tissues, depending on the body weight index, gender, age and accompanying diseases, and the diagnostic result is determined by deviation of the obtained total value of the relative fraction of the spectral component in the total energy from the predetermined boundary of 40 %.EFFECT: invention provides reduced error of estimating deviation of total value of relative values of spectral energies in specified sections of frequency spectrum of the picked up signal for preset time of observation relative to experimentally established border of this parameter towards decrease for cases of clean vessels, or towards increase for cases of presence of stenoses in cardiac vessels.3 cl, 4 dwgИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к кардиологии.
