PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for bundling a laminated flat dried seaweed bundle capable of bundling the laminated flat dried seaweed bundle under an arranged condition without forming a knot.SOLUTION: The laminated flat dried seaweed bundles L in which the flat dried seaweed bundles are stacked carried in by a carrying conveyor 3 are stopped at a supporting and bundling position and taken up from the carrying conveyor 3. The taken-up laminated flat dried seaweed bundles are aligned, and a bundling paper is fed on the aligned laminated flat dried seaweed bundles. The laminated flat dried seaweed bundles are compressed by pushing them above the bundling paper, and the compressed laminated flat dried seaweed bundles are furthermore elevated as they are. The end parts of the bundling paper hung down before and behind the elevated compressed laminated flat dried seaweed bundles are fed to the underside of the laminated flat dried seaweed bundles and overlapped.
