PURPOSE: Cinnamon punch(sujeonggwa) using acer mono maxim sap, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the anti-oxidation function and adult disease prevention function of the acer mono maxim sap. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cinnamon punch(sujeonggwa) using acer mono maxim sap comprises the following steps: mixing the acer mono maxim sap with water in a ratio of 1:1-3 to obtain a mixed solution； adding 100g of ginger into the half of the mixed solution, and boiling the mixture； inserting 60g of whole cinnamon into the other half of the mixed solution, and boiling the mixture； mixing the two halves of the mixed solution, and boiling before filtering with a sieve； inserting sugar into the filtered solution； and boiling the solution for dissolving the sugar before cooling.수정과 제조시 고로쇠 수액을 첨가함으로써 기능성 식품이나 건강보조식품 등을 섭취하지 않고도 산화방지 및 여러 가지 성인병을 예방할 수 있는 수정과 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 고로쇠 수액과 일반용수를 혼합하여 혼합액을 마련하는 단계, (b) 상기 단계 (a)의 혼합액의 1/2에 생강을 투입하여 끓이는 단계, (c) 상기 단계 (a)의 혼합액의 1/2에 통계피를 투입하여 끓이는 단계, (d) 상기 단계 (b)와 단계 (c)에서의 생성물을 혼합하고 체에 부어 거르는 단계 및 (e) 상기 단계 (d)에서 거른 액에 설탕을 넣어 끓여 완전히 녹인 후 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 구성을 마련한다.상기와 같은 수정과 및 그 제조방법을 이용하는 것에 의해, 기존의 수정과와 달리 당류, 무기성분, 비타민 등 미량영양소 함량이 높고 폴리페놀 등 항산화력이 높은 성분을 함유하고 있어 각종 질병 예방과 건강 유지에 도움이 되는 효과가 얻어진다.
