PURPOSE: An artificial windhole system and an artificial windhole providing method thereof are provided to artificially produce and supply cool and humid air to an object of supply when an outside temperature is increased over a predetermined range in summer. CONSTITUTION: A windhole makes air holes for flow of air in an artificial windhole forming land that is excavated at a predetermined depth by stacking gravels and rubbles in the land. A hole is formed on the surface of at least one air inlet pipe(300) which is an air passage connected to the wind hole. A temperature control unit(400) spills water to a cooling pipe based on a first control signal. An air supply unit inhales air of the windhole based on a second control signal and provides the air to a supply land that is distanced apart from the artificial windhole forming land. The control unit generates and transmits the control signal including the first control signal and the second control signal to a corresponding device based on air status information of the supply land. A humidity control unit(500) ejects water to the windhole through a watering pipe based on a third control signal.
