To extract a bodily liquid, only a needle is in vivo inserted, and the bodily liquid is transferred by a transferring pump. Then, a blood glucose concentration is measured in a measurement sensor disposed in vitro. The measurement sensor is not disposed in vivo, so an instable phenomenon of a sensor caused by inflammation, granuloma, and blood clot occurring in vivo due to in vivo insertion can be prevented. Also, the operation state of the sensor is stably maintained, and accuracy in a blood glucose concentration measurement result can be improved.
