Disclosed is a portable aspirator used for a drainage operation for transferring negative pressure to a human body and exchanging and collecting a bodily fluid such as a transudate therefrom. A drainage container (200) and a vacuum pump module (300) can be attached to and detached from the disclosed portable aspirator, so the portable aspirator can be conveniently carried. Negative pressure of a vacuum pump is not directly transferred, but negative pressure is generated from a separate vacuum-driven bodily fluid pump. The vacuum-driven bodily fluid pump circulates a bodily fluid such as a transudate, and thus problem related to contamination of the vacuum pump can be fundamentally resolved through an indirect suctioning method. Accordingly, safety and economical feasibility thereof are improved. Moreover, the portable aspirator includes the drainage container having a plurality of air holes disposed in different positions and directions to separately collect a bodily fluid such as a transudate from air.
