Disclosed is an electronic aspirator which is a kind of a drainage system for continuously feeding and collecting a body fluid using low vacuum pressure by means of a vacuum pump. The disclosed electronic aspirator has a body (1) and a body fluid collecting cartridge (2) which can be attached thereto and detached therefrom. A vacuum pump (4) operated through electricity and a control circuit thereof are installed in the body (1). The body fluid collecting cartridge (2) is integrated with a vacuum container (10) and a body fluid pocket (11). The vacuum container (10) is made of hard material, has a sealed space therein, and is connected with the vacuum pump (4) when coupled with the body to impart negative pressure into the sealed space. The body fluid pocket (11) is accommodated in the vacuum container (10) to form a separate space apart from the sealed space, is made of material which can be extended according to vacuum pressure applied to the sealed space, and has a connecting pipe compactly penetrating through the vacuum container (10) to be connected with a drainage pipe in the outside thereof. When negative pressure is imparted into the vacuum container by the vacuum pump, the body fluid of a patient is forcibly fed through the drainage pipe to be collected in the body fluid pocket (11). The body fluid pocket (11) is separated from the sealed space of the vacuum container (10) connected with the vacuum pump (4), so that tool in the side of the vacuum pump can be prevented from being contaminated by the collected body fluid.
