PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uterine manipulator capable of avoiding diffusion of cancer cells in the uterus to the surroundings and reliably injecting a liquid such as a contrast agent into the uterus. A chip unit 3 includes a cup 10 and a chip 20. The cup 10 has a base portion 11 attached to the manipulator main body 2, an annular portion 12 provided on the distal end side of the base portion 11, and a connecting portion (column portion 13) connecting the base portion 11 and the annular portion 12. The tip 20 has a protruding portion 24 protruding from the base portion 11 of the cup 10 toward the distal end side and inserted into the inner circumference of the uterine ostium 301, and a liquid flow path 25 opened at the distal end of the protruding portion 24.
