PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder of a fishing berley dipper in which the position of a handle of a berley dipper placed in a dipper holder is decided by using a dipper holder having some opening (namely, a watertight container), and further water overflow is extremely reduced during movement.SOLUTION: A holder includes: a cylindrical watertight container 13 with an upper part and a lower part reinforced in shape by first and second core materials 11, 12, and storable in a fishing bucket 14 to be used a hook member 15 fixed at the upper outside of the watertight container 13, and hooked in the upper end of the fishing bucket 14 and an inner lid material 16 disposed in the inside upper part of the watertight container 13, and with one end turnably disposed inside the watertight container 13. The inner lid material 16 is provided with a hooking part 23 with a handle 25 of a housing berley dipper 24 fitted therein, and a notch 22 continued to the hooking part 23 and gradually reduced in a width from the outside.
