PURPOSE: A pulse diagnosis system for both hands and a method for measuring and analyzing a pulse using the same are provided to simultaneously measure the pulses of both wrists against each of a right-hander, a left-hander, and an ambidexterity, thereby measuring and analyzing the pulse. CONSTITUTION: A pulse diagnosis system for both hands includes a first pulsimeter(110), a second pulsimeter(120), and a pulse analyzing device(200). The first pulsimeter on the right wrist of a human body measures a first pulse wave at the right hand, and wirelessly transmits the first pulse wave. The second pulsimeter on the left wrist of the human body measures a second pulse wave at the left hand, and wirelessly transmits the second pulse wave. The pulse analyzing device wirelessly receives the first and the second pulse wave from the first and the second pulsimeter, analyzes and measures the first and the second pulse wave, and then makes analyzed data into a database according to the information of a user who is a right-hander, a left-hander, or an ambidexterity.
