PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface sheet of an absorptive article in which absorbing property of liquid is high, the remaining of liquid is hardly generated in the surface layer part, and the returning of liquid is hardly generated.SOLUTION: The surface sheet 10 has the first layer 11 in the skin abutting face side and the second layer 12 adjacent to the same in the skin non-abutting face side. The first layer 11 includes core/sheath type heat-fusible composite fiber and the heat-fusible composite fiber is constituted by extending heat-expandable fiber by heat treatment. The second layer 12 comprises a fiber layer including kinking fiber. The first layer 11 and the second layer 12 are bonded by the large number of bonding parts 13. The projecting parts 14 surrounded by the bonding parts 13 and raised to the skin abutting face side of the first layer 11 are numerously formed in the skin abutting face side of the first layer 11 side. The fiber of the first layer 11 continuing to the bonding parts 13 are constituted side-by-side toward the top parts of the projecting parts 14.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】液の引き込み性が高く、表層部位に液残りが起こりづらく、また液戻りが起こりにくい吸収性物品の表面シートを提供すること。【解決手段】表面シート10は、肌当接面側に第1層11、及びこれに隣接する第2層12を非肌当接面側に有する。第1層11は、芯鞘型の熱融着性複合繊維を含み、該熱融着性複合繊維は、熱伸長性繊維が熱処理によって伸長したものからなる。第2層12は、捲縮性繊維を含む繊維層からなる。第1層11と第2層12とが多数の接合部13によって接合されている。接合部13に囲まれて第1層11の肌当接面側に隆起する凸部14が、第1層11側の肌当接面側に多数形成されている。接合部13に連なる第1層11の繊維は、凸部14の頂部に向けて並列状態で構成されている。【選択図】図1
